- How do buyers contact me?
- Through the site or the iOS app. Your email address is never shown on your listing or given to buyers. Messages arrive in your inbox, and the app can push you a notification the moment someone asks about your bike.
- What should I photograph?
- Up to eight photos. A clean side-on shot of the whole bike first, since that is what appears in search results, then the drive unit, the display, the battery and its mounting point, the tyres, and honest close-ups of any damage. Buyers trust a listing that shows the scuffs more than one that hides them.
- How do I price a used ebike?
- Look at what comparable bikes of the same model and similar mileage are listed for, then account for battery health — it is the single biggest factor in what a used ebike is worth, and a pack near the end of its life can cost a buyer four figures to replace.
- Is it safe to sell to a stranger?
- Take the same precautions you would for any private sale: meet in a public place in daylight, bring someone with you, accept payment you can verify before handing over the bike, and be wary of anyone who will not meet in person or who pushes you to move the conversation elsewhere. You can report or block anyone at any time.
